Michael Allen joined Trez Capital’s Eastern U.S. division in March 2021 and is responsible for financial analysis of origination deals under consideration.

Prior to joining Trez Capital, Michael worked at BNY Mellon in their real estate division.  While at BNYM, Michael underwrote $780 million of balance sheet loans ranging from $5-$250 million. 

Michael is a graduate of the University of Miami, where he double majored in Finance and Economics and minored in Spanish.
