Prior to joining Forman Capital, Hellois was the Director of Asset Management for Trez Capital, leading the Asset Management Team for the Southeastern U.S. and building a robust risk management structure and protocols. She brings extensive experience in development and construction of commercial real estate from inception to delivery. Hellois is responsible for the overall management and monitoring of all assets under construction as well as operational assets.

Hellois was a senior consultant and Director in her field for over 20-years, with leading development services and construction management consulting firms in South Florida and Europe. Hellois‘s expertise is based in all sectors of commercial real estate, and she has trained and grown her teams to manage real estate portfolios over $2 Billion, under construction.

Hellois earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Economy and Project Management at the University of Pretoria, South Africa as well as a MSc in Facilities/Asset Management at Herriot Watt University, Edenborough. Hellois is a Professional Member of the Royal Society of Chartered Surveyors.
