Evan Blair is responsible for actively managing loans consisting of commercial and residential real estate development, value-add investments, and residential land development.  Evan also handles cash-flow forecasting for the Florida office’s portfolio of loans.

Prior to joining Trez Capital, Evan completed an internship at Tristar Management Group, a Tax Accounting firm in Boca Raton, FL, where he gained experience in client financial statement analysis, trust accounting, and tax accounting.

Evan holds an MBA from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelors of Science from Florida State University.
