Ben is responsible for the origination, underwriting and closing real estate debt and equity investments.

Prior to Forman Capital, Ben was an originator at Trez Capital. He was an Associate at Cohen Financial (A Guggenheim Partners Affiliate) where he was responsible for the underwriting, financial analysis, credit analysis, and due diligence on debt and equity transactions. During his time with the company, Ben worked on over $2.3 billion worth of real estate transactions across all asset classes with specialization in multifamily, condominiums and mixed-use projects. Previously, Ben was an associate at Pebb Finance, involved in the underwriting, sourcing and closing of over $700 million of commercial real estate transactions in various phases.

Ben earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in business management and finance, Magnum Cum Laude, from Curry College in Milton, Massachusetts.
